Orbital Delta (“we,” “us”) runs orbitaldelta.com. This policy explains what information we collect through the site and how we use it.
Information you give us
When you use our Contact or Start a Project forms, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, company, website, message, and any project details you choose to share, such as project type, budget range, timeline, and how you heard about us.
We use this information only to reply to you, discuss your project, and provide any services you hire us for. We don’t sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours collects basic technical data when you visit. That includes your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring site. We use Google Analytics to see how visitors use the site, so we can improve it. Google may set cookies to do this. You can opt out using Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Service providers
We use a few trusted providers to run the site, including our web host, and Google (analytics). They process data only as needed to provide their services to us.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions as long as needed to respond to you and manage any working relationship, then delete them when they’re no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you’ve sent us. Just send a request through our Contact page and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to protect your information. No website is perfectly secure, though, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
